Morgan Vinson-Watson (MVW) is the founder and creative director of MVW Events — a luxury wedding planning and design studio specializing in multicultural celebrations, multi-day events, and destination weddings.

Morgan's path to weddings wasn't a straight line — it was a decade in the making. Armed with a Master's in Event Management from NYU, a Master's in Education from UCLA, and over eleven years producing events of every kind — including formative years at one of New York City's most celebrated wedding studios — she brought that expertise home to the thing she'd always loved most: weddings. The result is a planning and design practice that is equal parts rigorous and deeply personal.

She has a particular love for multicultural and fusion celebrations — the layering of traditions, the intentional details, the moments that make every family feel seen. It's where she does her most meaningful work.

Morgan has lived and studied in Florence and Bologna, speaks Italian, and has a deep personal connection to the country that informs her European destination practice. Based in New York, she plans weddings wherever love takes her: across the US, in Mexico, and throughout Europe.
